I feel particularly proud of our school community this week. Your children's attendance is currently above the national average. No-one is successful unless they 'show up.' Well done for the example you're setting and the support you're providing to enable your children to 'SOAR'!
We have some exciting parent/carer events scheduled over the next few weeks. Research shows that children achieve more if parents talk to them about their learning. We therefore look forward to seeing you all soon!
I have recently updated the subject areas of our website. Please click HERE for information on what they are learning. Please speak to your child's class teacher if you have any questions.
Have a lovely weekend.
SAFEGUARDING
With the help of a friendly dinosaur called Pantosaurus, Talk PANTS (the underwear rule) is a simple conversation to help keep your child safe from sexual abuse.
Developed by the NSPCC, Talk PANTS helps children understand that their body belongs to them, and they should tell someone they trust if anything makes them feel upset or worried.

MOBILE PHONES
Please remember, mobile phones should not be used anywhere on site. This includes taking photos, texting, receiving/making telephone calls and using the Internet.
ONLINE SAFETY TIPS:
Faith in Our Community
We are so fortunate to be part of such a diverse community.
As such, our staff are often willing to share information about their own varying religious beliefs with the children to support their learning.
This week, a Reception parent has also helped by talking to Year 1 about what Harvest means to Christians.
If you would like to talk to our children about your faith, please do get in touch!
Please do visit this webpage with your children to learn more about Harvest.
