We wish to recruit one lunchtime controller to work Monday-Friday in our friendly, multi-cultural school, to work with the rest of the team to ensure our children enjoy a happy and safe time over the lunchtime break.  

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with young children and the ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of an established team.  Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.  Appropriate training will be available.

This role will involve supervising and ensuring the welfare of the children during the lunch period, you will have a caring and flexible approach and enjoy working with children. The role will involve assisting  the children with eating their lunch and ensuring that the lunch area is clean and tidy. You will also ensure that the children are engaged in suitable activities whilst at playtime.  

This role is Term Time only, 7.5 hours per week. 

Start Date: As soon as possible

The salary per annum is £3,889 - £4,014 or £12.13 per hour - £12.52
