PE with Joe
Monday - Friday 9.00am LIVE on Youtube.
Starting on Monday, 23rd March there will be a free workout, aimed at kids, live on Youtube. The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages - and even adults can get involved! You don't need any equipment, just tune into The Body Coach TV on Youtube at 9.00am every morning for a 30 minute, fun workout. Visit The Body Coach TV - Youtube to join in.
Kidz Bop Dance Along
Kidz Bop make videos singing and dancing to hit songs! Try to follow their moves or make up your own! Visit Kidz Bop Kids - Youtube for a dance break to get you moving!
Cosmic Kids Yoga
Join Jamie as she teaches you yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, all while telling a story. These engaging videos are great to get you stretching and and strength building. Visit Cosmic Kids Yoga - Youtube to get involved.
Real PE - Access Jasmine at home!
Have a go at the programme we use when engaging in PE at school, and learn some new and fun ideas to involve the whole family! Real PE is a chance to play and learn together by accessing quality physical activity and family play opportunities. The daily and weekly guidance will officially go live very soon, but until then you can still explore and go on your own adventure.
